Drawing up and execution of the Ministry of Education special theme project- health volunteer, and reporting the results. 3. Drawing up and execution of the caring meal coupon programme, reporting the results. 4. Medical equipment and drugs procurement. 5. Preparing the budget for the Health Centre and its control. 6. Assisting overseas Chinese students in purchasing group medical insurance for overseas Chinese students. 7. Assisting overseas Chinese students and foreign students (excluding those from the Mainland) in purchasing group medical insurance for non-local students. 8. When overseas Chinese students join the universal health insurance scheme, issue them health cards. 9. When foreign students join the universal health insurance scheme, issue them health cards. 10. Counselling teachers for the first aid club. 11. Any other duties assigned by the officer-in-charge. Office: A103
